Banded Brothers is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization of Christian men that have joined forces to offer assistance to the survivors of social, natural, economic and spiritual disaster.

Formed in 2006 in Raleigh North Carolina, Banded Brothers has organized and participated in over 15 Katrina Relief Mission trips. While the majority of current members are United Methodist, membership is not based on any particular worship denomination. We adhere to the doctrine that God created man and has commissioned us to love one another as Jesus so loved the world. Further, we believe that men must expand the church and its influence in the world. In the parable of the talents ( Matt. 25:14-26 ), the master praises two servants who invested their assets and produced more, but he curses the servant who played it safe. The male spirit is to take risks, reach out and provide for those in need. It is our mission to pursue God given visions. Give men the opportunity to jeopardize everything for Jesus. Traditional approaches to religion leave many men cold. Often times all a man needs for a spiritual awakening is a chance to use his gifts for God through the adventure of masculine fellowship.
